"So remember to look up at the stars and not down at you feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes a universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don't just give up"

Two checked bags and 2,000 miles later I found myself in Auburn, Ala. No family, no friends and no idea what the next four years would have in store.

You could say I have always been a bit of a thrill seeker. From braving the deep end of the pool just so I could swim with my two older brothers to choosing a college where I didn't know a soul, the excitement of adventure and thrill has always driven me. This quest for adventure led me to four years at Auburn University, a degree in public relations and a whirlwind of a study abroad trip to London.

My sense of adventure was instilled in me by my amazing and supportive family. Never ones to stay still, we spent our weekends piled in the car headed anywhere and everywhere our little Volvo would take us. I would spend a majority of those car trips around New England looking out the window, day-dreaming and storytelling to pass the time.

Thankfully, I get to use that love of storytelling in my work with public relations, whether it is through a client, product or event. Now that you've gotten to know me, what's your story?
